Thank you to all stakeholders who provided input. ENTSO-E is now assessing the comments received and will publish a detailed account of how each comment was addressed, along with the revised CBA 3.0, by mid-February 2020.
The CBA methodology serves to evaluate the benefits and costs of electricity transmission and storage projects from a pan-European perspective, in the Ten-Year Network Development Plan. As such, it provides important input for the selection process of European Projects of Common Interest. The main objective of the CBA methodology is to provide a common and uniform basis for the assessment of projects with regard to their value for European society.
